1. About Tour Taxi Cabs

Tour Taxi Cabs provides taxi booking services for local travel, airport transfers, one-way trips, round trips, and outstation travel in Delhi, Gurugram, and nearby locations. Our aim is to offer safe, affordable, and reliable cab services with professional drivers and clean vehicles.

2. Booking Confirmation

A taxi booking is considered confirmed only after our team verifies cab availability, travel details, fare, pickup location, drop location, date, and time with the customer.

Customers must provide accurate booking details, including full pickup address, destination, contact number, travel date, travel time, number of passengers, and luggage details if required.

Tour Taxi Cabs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if the provided information is incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or if service availability is limited.

3. Fare and Pricing

Taxi fares may depend on the type of vehicle, distance, travel route, trip type, waiting time, tolls, parking charges, state taxes, night charges, driver allowance, and other applicable charges.

Any fare shown on the website, advertisement, or promotional material may be indicative and subject to final confirmation by our team. Final fare confirmation should be taken before starting the ride.

Extra charges may apply for route changes, additional stops, waiting time, late-night travel, outstation permits, toll tax, parking, inter-state tax, or any service not included in the confirmed fare.

4. Payment Terms

Customers are required to pay the agreed fare as per the payment mode accepted by Tour Taxi Cabs. Payment may be collected in advance, partially in advance, or after completion of the ride, depending on the booking type.

If advance payment is required to confirm the booking, the cab will be reserved only after receiving the payment. Any unpaid fare, additional charges, tolls, parking, or waiting charges must be cleared before or at the end of the journey.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers should inform Tour Taxi Cabs as early as possible if they wish to cancel a booking. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation, vehicle assignment, driver dispatch, or trip type.

If the cab has already been dispatched, the customer may be required to pay a cancellation fee. For outstation, airport, or special bookings, cancellation charges may be higher if the driver has already started moving towards the pickup location.

Tour Taxi Cabs may cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances such as vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, unsafe conditions, natural calamities, heavy traffic restrictions, strikes, road closures, or any operational issue.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after reviewing the booking details, cancellation reason, payment status, and service usage. Any eligible refund may take a reasonable processing time depending on the payment method.

No refund will be provided if the customer provides incorrect pickup details, does not answer calls, fails to reach the pickup location on time, refuses to travel after cab arrival, or cancels after driver dispatch.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing correct travel details and being available at the pickup location at the confirmed time.

Customers must behave respectfully with the driver and must not damage the vehicle, disturb the driver, carry illegal items, overload the vehicle, or ask the driver to break traffic rules.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, abusive behavior, illegal activity, or unsafe conduct inside the cab is strictly not allowed. Tour Taxi Cabs reserves the right to stop or cancel the ride if the customer’s behavior creates safety or legal concerns.

8. Driver and Vehicle Assignment

Tour Taxi Cabs tries to provide the vehicle type selected by the customer. However, in case of unavailability, operational issues, or last-minute changes, a similar or suitable vehicle may be provided after informing the customer.

Driver and vehicle details may be shared before the ride whenever possible. In some cases, details may be shared closer to the pickup time due to operational scheduling.

9. Pickup, Waiting Time, and Delays

Customers should be ready at the pickup location at the confirmed time. Waiting charges may apply if the customer delays the ride after the driver reaches the pickup point.

Tour Taxi Cabs makes reasonable efforts to provide timely pickup and drop service. However, delays may happen due to traffic, weather, road conditions, police checking, vehicle breakdown, route restrictions, or other situations beyond our control.

Tour Taxi Cabs will not be responsible for missed flights, trains, meetings, appointments, or any loss caused by traffic delays or circumstances outside our control. Customers are advised to book their cab with enough buffer time, especially for airport and railway station transfers.

10. Route Changes and Extra Stops

The fare confirmed at the time of booking is based on the provided pickup and drop details. If the customer changes the route, adds extra stops, increases distance, changes destination, or extends the trip, additional charges may apply.

The driver may refuse route changes if they are unsafe, illegal, outside the service scope, or not approved by Tour Taxi Cabs.

11. Luggage and Passenger Limit

Customers must inform us in advance about the number of passengers and luggage quantity. Every vehicle has limited seating and luggage capacity.

Tour Taxi Cabs may refuse travel if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle’s safe capacity. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.

12. Lost Items

Tour Taxi Cabs is not responsible for any lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal belongings. If a customer leaves any item in the cab, they should contact us immediately.

We will try to coordinate with the driver to recover the item, but recovery is not guaranteed. Any cost related to returning the item may be charged to the customer.

13. Safety and Legal Compliance

All passengers must follow applicable traffic rules and legal requirements. Seat belts should be used wherever applicable. Customers must not ask the driver to overspeed, stop at restricted areas, carry illegal goods, or violate road safety rules.

The driver has the right to refuse any request that may be unsafe, illegal, or against company policy.

14. Vehicle Damage

If a customer damages the vehicle, causes stains, breaks any part, or creates cleaning/repair requirements due to negligence or misconduct, the customer will be responsible for paying the cleaning or repair cost.

15. Service Limitations

Tour Taxi Cabs provides taxi booking and travel support services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability at all times. Service may be affected by cab availability, driver availability, road conditions, government restrictions, weather, traffic, technical issues, or emergency situations.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, reschedule, or cancel any booking based on operational feasibility.

16. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and updated. However, fares, service details, vehicle availability, offers, route information, and other content may change without prior notice.

Any content on the website should not be treated as a final fare commitment unless confirmed directly by our team.

17. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links, buttons, or integrations with third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, payment gateways, maps, or other services. Tour Taxi Cabs is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, technical issues, or policies of third-party websites or platforms.

18. Limitation of Liability

Tour Taxi Cabs will not be liable for indirect loss, personal loss, missed flights, missed trains, missed meetings, business loss, emotional distress, or any damage caused due to delays, traffic, route restrictions, customer negligence, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our responsibility is limited to providing the confirmed taxi service as per the agreed booking details, subject to availability and operational conditions.

19. Force Majeure

Tour Taxi Cabs will not be responsible for failure or delay in service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, heavy rain, floods, strikes, protests, road closures, accidents, traffic jams, government restrictions, lockdowns, vehicle breakdowns, internet failure, or any emergency situation.

20. Privacy and Customer Data

When customers contact us or make a booking, we may collect basic details such as name, phone number, pickup location, drop location, travel date, and trip details. This information is used only for booking confirmation, service coordination, customer support, and communication related to the ride.

We do not sell customer personal information to third parties.
